Strategy

Marketing strategy and prioritization

Decide which marketing work deserves your time and budget. Levered reviews the offer, customer journey and available results, then turns the findings into priorities and a working plan.

From the work

Aux needed one operator across several different client problems

Aux owned the client relationships. Delivery spanned paid search, measurement and website work across several PE-backed companies, each with its own systems and reporting needs.

Levered worked inside the partner’s cadence, handling implementation and preparing weekly readouts. Four concurrent workstreams in 2026 included distributor acquisition measurement, an industrial funnel diagnostic and fintech tracking repair. Each has its own outcome; they are not combined into a portfolio return.

Historical partner-delivery model. Aux retained the client relationship; end clients remain anonymized. One of the four workstreams subsequently closed.

Approach

What the work involves

Scope of work

  1. 1.Review the offer, funnel and constraints
  2. 2.Prioritize work by buyer value and evidence
  3. 3.Create an owned execution and review cadence

What we need to begin

  1. 1.Business context, current performance and operational capacity

How we evaluate progress

  1. 1.Completed priorities and evidence that changes the next decision
Deliverables

What you get

  • An evidence-based priority list
  • A scoped near-term execution plan
  • A decision and progress review record
  • Planning should account for actual capacity and dependencies. Do not fill a roadmap with channel activity merely to appear comprehensive.
Example work

Where we might start

Review competing requests against the business goal and identify the constraint that makes other work less useful until it is addressed.

FAQ

Common questions

How do you decide what to do first?+

Look for the constraint that prevents useful progress: an unclear offer, broken handoff, missing measurement or a weak buying page. Use available evidence and revisit the choice as the constraint changes.

How often should priorities change?+

Review them at agreed checkpoints and when material new evidence arrives. Frequent activity changes without a changed constraint can prevent useful learning.
