Strategy

Vendor and team coordination

Keep agencies, specialists and your internal team working from the same plan. Levered coordinates briefs, responsibilities and review so work can move through to delivery.

From the work

Aux needed one operator across several different client problems

Aux owned the client relationships. Delivery spanned paid search, measurement and website work across several PE-backed companies, each with its own systems and reporting needs.

Levered worked inside the partner’s cadence, handling implementation and preparing weekly readouts. Four concurrent workstreams in 2026 included distributor acquisition measurement, an industrial funnel diagnostic and fintech tracking repair. Each has its own outcome; they are not combined into a portfolio return.

Historical partner-delivery model. Aux retained the client relationship; end clients remain anonymized. One of the four workstreams subsequently closed.

Approach

What the work involves

Scope of work

  1. 1.Define responsibilities and dependencies
  2. 2.Review specialist work against the agreed brief
  3. 3.Coordinate feedback and a shared delivery cadence

What we need to begin

  1. 1.Named owners, access to work and an agreed decision process

How we evaluate progress

  1. 1.Resolved dependencies, review quality and completed handoffs
Deliverables

What you get

  • A responsibility and dependency map
  • A shared brief and review cadence
  • A record of decisions and completed handoffs
  • External vendors need access and an agreed remit. Coordination does not transfer contractual authority or line-management responsibilities automatically.
Example work

Where we might start

Map the people and dependencies around a live marketing priority, then establish a clear brief, receiving owner and feedback path.

FAQ

Common questions

Does this include managing our employees?+

Vendor oversight covers outside agencies and contractors. Any involvement with internal teams needs a clear working agreement; it does not automatically include line management.

How do you prevent review loops from stalling delivery?+

Set a clear acceptance brief, distinguish defects from new preferences and identify the decision owner. Carry feedback across related work instead of reopening settled choices.
