By using Levered ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Levered provides growth marketing services, tools, automations, and analytics powered by AI and third-party integrations. We may modify, enhance, or discontinue features at our discretion.
3. Account Access
You may authenticate via Google or a magic link to access certain features. You agree to:
- • Provide accurate, up-to-date information
- • Keep your account credentials secure
- • Be responsible for all activity under your account
4. Subscription and Payments
- • Growth services are billed weekly: Growth I $450 / Growth II $900 / Growth Lead $1,800
- • The first week is free. Card on file. Nothing charged today. Then the chosen plan rate starting day 7
- • You may cancel anytime before the next weekly billing cycle
- • Refunds are not guaranteed and handled case-by-case
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- • Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose
- • Interfere with the operation or security of the Service
- • Upload harmful or inappropriate content
6. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of any content you submit. By uploading or sharing content, you grant Levered a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
- • Use, host, and analyze your content for the purpose of delivering and improving the Services
- • We do not sell your data. We do not train public models on your materials.
7. Third-Party Services
You acknowledge that the Service integrates with platforms including:
- • OpenAI
- • Stripe
- • Google Analytics
- • Automation tools (e.g. n8n)
We are not responsible for the functionality or data practices of third-party tools.
8. Service Availability
We do not guarantee continuous uptime. Interruptions may occur due to updates, maintenance, or third-party failures. We are not liable for service disruptions.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
- • You violate these Terms
- • You engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
- • Your account is inactive for an extended period
10. Disclaimers
- • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties
- • We disclaim all implied warranties including fitness for a particular purpose
- • You use the Service at your own risk
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- • Levered shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages
- • Total liability is capped at the amount you paid to us in the past 12 months
12. Dispute Resolution
You agree to resolve all disputes via binding arbitration through the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
