Outsourced marketing, from priorities to implementation.
You need someone to decide what matters, do the work and follow the results. Levered provides senior marketing leadership and hands-on execution inside your accounts.
Start with the services your business needs now. We can own the work or coordinate with your internal team and existing agencies, with clear responsibilities on both sides.
One owner across the work your marketing needs.
A campaign can depend on a landing page, tracking and sales follow-up. When those sit with different vendors, someone still has to connect them. We agree who owns each part and carry the selected services through implementation and measurement.
Decide what to work on
Review the offer, customer journey and available evidence. Agree the first priority, what will be delivered and how progress will be judged.
Run acquisition
Manage agreed campaigns, search content or outreach. Connect the activity to useful pages and a clear next step for the buyer.
Improve the path to a sale
Build landing pages, repair forms and connect CRM follow-up so inquiries have somewhere useful to go.
Measure and maintain
Connect the selected services to analytics, call or CRM records. Review what happened, resolve problems and choose the next changes.
The catalog also covers retention, referrals, revenue and AI implementation. Select the work that addresses your current bottleneck. Browse all services
Agree what we own at the same time.
Plans cover one, two or three active services. Four or more needs an Enterprise conversation. Each active service includes setup, ongoing work, measurement and iteration; access to the catalog does not mean every service runs at once.
Define the first scope
For example, start with Paid Acquisition. Its campaigns, pages, creative and measurement stay inside that service. Adding Email & Lifecycle means owning a second service.
Make responsibilities explicit
You provide account access, business context and timely approvals. We own delivery for the agreed scope and report what changed.
Revisit priorities as you learn
Review results together and swap services when the next bottleneck changes. Media spend and third-party software are separate from the service fee.
When outsourcing marketing makes sense.
A useful fit
- You have a clear offer and need an experienced person to lead and implement marketing.
- Your team or agencies cover parts of the work, but coordination and follow-through need an owner.
- You can share account access, explain the sales process and make decisions as the work progresses.
Resolve these first
- You need a large dedicated department across many simultaneous initiatives.
- Your offer or delivery capacity is unresolved and more demand would create a different problem.
- You need guaranteed rankings, sales or revenue before agreeing a test.
If you already have a marketing leader, we can take responsibility for a defined part of delivery. If you need leadership as well, make that part of the initial scope.
An experienced operator stays close to the work.
Anthony Sledge leads the engagement and works in the systems where delivery happens. Prior in-house experience includes Lyft, Clever and Imagine Learning; consulting work includes healthcare and industrial businesses. The case studies identify the setting and limits of each result.
We agree when specialists or existing vendors should remain involved. Oversight capacity depends on the plan; responsibility for approvals and business decisions stays explicit.

Common questions
What does an outsourced marketing team do?
The scope can include strategy, campaigns, content, websites, CRM workflows and measurement. With Levered, the starting point is a defined set of active services and an accountable operator, rather than an assumption that every marketing function is included at once.
Can you work with our existing agency or marketing team?
Yes. We can own selected services or coordinate delivery across your team and outside vendors. We agree responsibilities, access and approval steps before starting.
How much do outsourced marketing services cost?
Levered prices by active-service capacity: one, two or three services, with Enterprise scoped for four or more. Calls are included. Media and third-party tools are separate. Current rates and billing options are on the plans section. Current plans
How does this compare with hiring a marketing director?
A full-time director provides dedicated internal leadership and may still need delivery resources. Levered combines leadership with implementation within an agreed service capacity. The choice depends on the breadth of work, internal team and level of dedicated coverage you need. Compare the options
What happens first?
We agree the business priority, inspect the relevant systems and define a first scope. An execution trial requires existing ad spend, a card and available capacity; it lasts seven days and converts to the selected plan unless canceled. If you are not running ads, start with a call.
How will we know whether the work is helping?
Agree the measure before delivery: completed visits, qualified inquiries, first orders or another relevant outcome. Reporting separates work shipped from observed results and keeps attribution distinct from evidence of additional sales.
