Data pipelines and warehouses

Bring marketing and customer data into one place for analysis. Levered builds the connections, transformations and checks that keep reporting usable as the data changes.

From the work

A 78× ad return left the acquisition question unanswered

The distributor’s brand-search campaign reported a 78× return. But a returning customer searching the company name counted like a first-time buyer. We matched paid visits to the order system to separate the two before reallocating spend.

Across matching April–July windows, new-customer orders linked to paid visits rose from 22 in 2025 to 83 in 2026. Associated revenue rose from $15,756 to $26,849. Existing customers still accounted for most of the business; the new reporting made acquisition visible within it.

Anonymized partner-delivery engagement. Matched paid-visit attribution, not proof that advertising caused every order. Equal four-month windows; small starting base.

Approach

What the work involves

Scope of work

  1. 1.Map sources and keys
  2. 2.Build repeatable data transformations
  3. 3.Document freshness, joins and quality checks

What we need to begin

  1. 1.Source access, identifiers and business definitions

How we evaluate progress

  1. 1.Reliable refreshes, join quality and reproducible reporting
Deliverables

What you get

  • A source and transformation specification
  • Repeatable data models or pipeline jobs
  • Freshness, join-quality and recovery checks
  • A joined customer record is not automatically causal attribution. Source permissions, retention and identifier quality constrain the analysis.
Example work

Where we might start

Join one marketing source to the relevant business record and document how identity, time windows and missing records affect the answer.

FAQ

Common questions

What if the ad platform and warehouse disagree?+

Reconcile windows, identities and attribution rules before choosing a number. Preserve what each source actually measures and show the remaining gap.

How do we know a refresh is trustworthy?+

Check completeness, freshness and stable definitions, then inspect unexpected changes. A clean job exit proves execution, not that the resulting business metric is correct.
