Useful expertise was difficult to evaluate
The company sold complex software to lending teams. Buyers needed to understand how the product handled credit decisions and changes to risk policy. Existing articles covered those topics, but parts of the explanation were unclear and product claims needed correction. The work focused on improving pages the company already had: make the explanations accurate, answer practical buying questions and give readers a route from education to product information.
Improve the buyer guides and connect the company facts
We updated two existing guides on September 9, 2026, preserving their URLs. A decision-software guide gained clearer product explanations and five buyer questions. A credit-risk process guide gained a practical lender example showing how a policy change moves through the process. We also published a company information page, corrected product facts and connected the guides to relevant product and demo pages. A curated llms.txt, offer.json and an organization service catalog made the same approved facts available in additional formats. These supported the public content; the measurement does not isolate an effect from any one file.

More AI impressions, with mixed search results
In the 28-day period beginning on publication day, property-wide Google AI impressions rose from 7,785 to 9,124. The updated process guide rose from 152 to 223 AI impressions. These are observations of search visibility, without a distinct citation count or proof that the edits caused the increase. Standard Web search told a mixed story. The process guide gained seven clicks, from 23 to 30, while its impressions fell from 8,574 to 6,017. The decision-software guide’s clicks fell from nine to six. The pages became clearer and some visibility measures improved, but the data did not establish more qualified leads or revenue.
