What can Alex actually do?+
Alex answers questions about your account and files work requests with Anthony. It knows your subscription state, your intake goal, and your next booked call. It does not run ads or change campaigns directly — it routes real work to Anthony.
Is my data shared with other clients?+
No. Every conversation is scoped to your client account. Alex only ever sees your packet — never another client’s data, Linear, or internal work loops.
Where can I reach Alex?+
Three places, one brain: the in-app chat on your dashboard, a private Slack DM after you add Alex to your workspace, and Claude or Cursor via the Levered MCP. Same answers, same memory of your account.
Can Alex make changes to my campaigns?+
Not directly. Alex files the request with Anthony, who picks it up and applies it. For paid clients this is included in the weekly operator; for unpaid accounts Alex points you to checkout or a strategy call.
What if Alex does not know the answer?+
Alex escalates to Anthony rather than guessing. You will see a note that the request was handed off, and Anthony will reach out.
